![]() I thanked him for responding quickly and to be honest did not expect to see it for awhile due to the amount of work involved. ![]() He responded to me within 20 minutes and said he would add it to the list but it might be a few months due to the amount of changes he had to make. For example, I am visually impaired and asked Tom about the possibility of getting a customization feature to the colors of the control buttons and sliders because they were a bit difficult for me to see. Tom from Win4ICOMSuite and Scott from N3FJP are so responsive to user requests with personal direct emails usually within minutes of a request. It was a one time fee of $50 (now $60) for Win4ICOMSuite but in the 3 years I have been using it instead of HRD it has been updated more of new features and rigs. ![]() I am using Win4ICOMSuite now for rig control and the full N3FJP logging software that connects perfectly to WSJT-X, FLDIGI, and even N1MM for contesting. I keep mine patched for the hundreds of bugs that still need to be fixed but I never use it. HRD has done a total of 6 new features in the last 3 years and to be honest those new features were not new at all just added the IC-7610, IC-9700 (Still does not work properly), Yaesu FT101D, and Kenood 990, oh and I forgot they added a sort of real time waterfall in that time for the 7300. It is also very buggy and crashes a LOT especially with DM780. I bought it but it was a waste of money, the $49 a year fee is absolutely ridiculous considering the amount of “updates” they do to add new features is few and far between. ![]() Since V6.0 it is $99 and that only gives you the first year of support and upgrades. ![]()
